Location – Do your research and find a park that’s perfect for you. Consider how far you have to travel to get to your chosen park, what facilities the park has, what’s in the local area and costs, every park is different.
Costs – Work our your budget; How much will site fees and utilities cost you each month? If you’re getting a caravan or lodge on finance, how much can you realistically spend on your holiday home itself per month? If you’re a cash buyer, how much are you willing to spend on your dream home?
Our Parks – Find your perfect holiday home! There’s so many to choose from, and they’re all unique in taste, style and mod-cons. You may decide a brand new holiday home is for you, if so consider prices of adding decking etc., or you may find a bargain on a pre-loved holiday home which could have decking included!
Caravans & Lodges – Consider your pitch; You may want to be at the heart of a cul-de-sac, need disability access or would love a lovely mountain view. It’s important to make sure you choose your pitch carefully, and make sure it’s right for you. Make sure you consider license agreements, pitch size, attractiveness of subletting and site fees for different pitches.
