Plas Newydd is set in the stunning Dulas Valley near Abergele, nestled between the historic city of Chester and the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno. With a backdrop of cliffs, woodlands and open countryside, it is a 10-month season park that offers peace and privacy in a genuinely beautiful setting. Holiday homes at Plas Newydd are sited on generously spaced plots with surfaced parking and well-maintained grounds.
Caerwys View is located in Flintshire and operates as a 12-month season park – giving you the flexibility to enjoy your holiday home throughout the entire year. Panoramic views across the Clwydian Hills make this one of North Wales’s most sought-after locations for static caravan ownership, and with Starlink Wi-Fi and full CCTV security as standard, it offers a level of comfort and peace of mind that sets it apart.

Available Static Caravans For Sale North Wales
Our current stock includes a mix of brand new units from leading manufacturers including Willerby and ABI, alongside a selection of quality pre-loved holiday homes at more accessible price points.
All pre-loved caravans come with a three-month warranty on white goods and the boiler. Brand new caravans carry a 12-month structural warranty. There are no age restrictions on any of our caravans – buy the holiday home you love, not the one that fits a rule.

Countryside Caravan Parks provides peaceful, well-maintained parks close to beaches, countryside and popular North Wales attractions, with excellent facilities included as standard.
Caerwys View – 12-month season (2026 fees)
- Caravan pitch fee: £5,500 per annum
- Lodge and twin unit pitch fee: £6,250 per annum
Plas Newydd – 10-month season (2026 fees)
- Caravan pitch fee: £4,600 per annum
Fees are subject to a £100 discount if paid in full by 1st December 2025. Instalment plans are available – please contact us for full details.
All pitch fees include: annual winter disconnection and reconnection, grounds maintenance, CCTV and gated security, free Starlink Wi-Fi, surfaced parking, and all standard warranty cover.

No. There are no age restrictions on caravans at Countryside Caravan Parks. You are free to purchase any holiday home you love, whether brand new or pre-loved, without any age limitations imposed by the park.
No. We do not allow holiday homes to be sub-let at Countryside Caravan Parks. The parks are for personal holiday use only.
No. The parks are not licensed for residential use and can only be used for holiday purposes. Caerwys View operates a 12-month season and Plas Newydd operates a 10-month season.
If you are an existing caravan owner on another park and would like to relocate, we will happily consider moving your current holiday home to Caerwys View. A full appraisal of your existing unit will be required, along with a move-on quotation covering disconnections, collection, transportation, delivery and re-connection.
We can also offer a park exchange quotation, allowing you to trade in your existing holiday home and start afresh with us. Please contact our team to discuss your options.
Yes. If you decide to sell your holiday home in the future, you are free to do so privately. A commission charge of 20% applies to allow the holiday home to be re-sited on the park under the new owner's name.
