What people say about us

I love Countryside, when I was looking for static caravans for sale in north Wales. Dafydd was brilliant at helping me find the right site for me.

Yvonne Dodd | Caerwys View
We came across Plas Newydd while looking at a caravan in its sister park Caerwys View, we instantly fell in love with this site due to its stunning views, the park itself is peaceful and quiet while remaining beautiful and well kept.

Geoff Turnock | Caerwys View
What's not to love about this site, Caerwys View it's so peaceful and quiet, with spectacular views across the Clwydian hills, it's a little piece of heaven which we are fortunate to own a caravan on. Management are great, approachable and friendly, would highly recommend to anyone looking to live their dream 😍

Gill Barton | Caerwys View
The park manager Dafydd Roberts was very helpful and accommodating, we went along to see a caravan we liked and were so taken with everything we bought the caravan the same day, that was three months ago and we have not regretted one thing. Dafydd made the purchase easy and without any hassle, the caravan was up and running within a day and we duly went to stay the following weekend and fully intend to use it as part of a new adventure in our life.

Geoff Turnock | Caerwys View
A lovely peaceful caravan park, nestled in a valley with stunning views all around, benefits from private owners only keeping it quite exclusive.

Well maintained, secure with CCTV, pet friendly, and a little hidden gem in the beautiful Welsh countryside. A little bit of home from home paradise.

Andrew Sussames | Plas Newydd
Our second home and bolt hole is our caravan at Plas Newydd. A small friendly site just outside Llanddulas in North Wales. We spend as much time there as is possible. The location is handy for loads of other resorts, amenities and eating places.

Neil Blurton | Plas Newydd
A true gem. Lovely well maintained park with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. Ideal location for walking and a very short drive to the coast.

Brian Meredith | Plas Newydd
Very friendly site.

Shops nearby and takeaways. Would recommend.

Megan Bennison | Plas Newydd
Dafydd went out of his way to find us an upgraded Willerby 2 bedroom with so much more space. Liam, the joiner who does a lot of work on the park, is always flat out but I can see why, as he has done an amazing job of our back and front decking and is in high demand, but now we couldn't be happier.

If you are looking for a tranquil park where everybody is friendly but on the whole keep themselves to themselves, but will always offer their help. I can’t recommend Caerwys View Holiday Park enough.

Simon Selby | Caerwys View
Caerwys View is an amazing place to be. It has everything that you could ever want. It’s peaceful and Yet there are woodpeckers, jays, squirrels and even a peacock that comes calling when you least expect it. The park has benefitted hugely from being taken over by the Hogan’s as they have improved parking, and the Wifi and they are always there if you need them without being ‘in your face’. Take a look, you won’t be disappointed. 👍👍👍

Marie Jones | Caerwys View
'Caerwys View' is a spectacular site, run by a family orientated business with traditional professional philosophies. Constantly evolving, being aware, new ideas and importantly, preserving the site standards and maintaining a five star quality site, nestled in a super location.

A beautiful refuge of tranquillity, where time, in this pretty area of Caerwys, appears to have embraced a secret time capsule, protecting the environment along with Welsh traditions. Thank you, for preserving and keeping 'Caerwys View' safe from the never-ending bustle of life!

Superb facilities

Inspired by the breathtaking views and to ensure that our owners enjoy full, undisturbed vistas of the park’s surrounding area, the holiday homes are set on tiers.  The holiday park is well laid out and structured to easily accommodate a number of guests in comfortable holiday homes that are fully winterised for all year round accommodation. Each home has at least one private car parking space located right outside and most have a decking area or private garden for added privacy. We are aware, of course, that nobody is always in their holiday home. So providing our owners with security is of the utmost importance to us. We have electric gates at the front of the park and an electric barrier which are both operated by a key fob. The park also has 24 hour CCTV for your peace of mind and provides full access to the free Wi-Fi.

The area is not short of amenities, as there are local shops, restaurants and pubs within a short distance from the site for you to discover.

So much to see and do

It doesn’t matter whether you are a walker, cyclist, golfer, or simply someone who appreciates the outdoor life: there is so much to see and do here. Close to the North Wales coast and delightful seaside towns such as; Prestatyn, Rhyl, Colwyn Bay and the Victorian resort of Llandudno with its wonderful esplanade and pier. If its castles you like then Conwy and Caernarfon are within easy reach or perhaps the unspoilt coastline of Anglesey which can be reached over the impressive Menai Bridge near Bangor. The holiday Park is close to the magnificent foothills of Snowdonia offering superb views, picturesque villages of Llanberis, Capel Curig and Betws-y-Coed and only an hour away from the busy surrounding cities of Liverpool and Manchester – providing a quick getaway for those who are looking to enjoy the peaceful countryside and attractions of North Wales.
